Before use, calm your mind, silently recite your name, and sincerely make your wishes.

方法一｜全身扫身法

Method 1 | Full-Body Sweeping

① 贵人符由脸部往后脑勺扫 3次。

① Sweep the talisman from the face toward the back of the head 3 times.

② 再由身体上方一路扫至双脚。

② Then sweep from the upper body down to the feet.

全程默念自己的姓名及所求之事。

Throughout the process, silently recite your name and wishes.

方法二｜头顶旋转扫身法

Method 2 | Head-Turning Sweeping

① 贵人符在头顶上方顺时针旋转 3圈。

① Rotate the talisman clockwise above the head 3 times.

② 左肩扫 2下，右肩扫 2下。

② Sweep the left shoulder 2 times, then the right shoulder 2 times.

使用后处理｜After Use

可将贵人符焚化；若不方便焚化，可直接放入垃圾桶处理。

The talismans may be burned after use. If burning is not possible, they may be disposed of in a rubbish bin.

全程保持恭敬、专心即可。

Remain respectful and focused throughout the process.
